Shipping policy

🇺🇸  1. Domestic Shipping (USA) 
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package size and weight.

Once dispatched, most packages are delivered within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

2. International Shipping 

We currently offer worldwide shipping via DHL/USPS International.

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination.

All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Shipping costs are fully paid by the customer at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:
✈️ USPS International — Standard International shipping (7–21 business days)
✈️ DHL Express - Express Shipping shipping (2–5 business days)

🌍 International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and other customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not mark orders as gifts or undervalue items on customs forms.

Please note that customs regulations and potential delays are outside of our control. For more information on possible charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers.

3. Processing Time 
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on the way.

4. Delays
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, LEXI STORES cannot offer a free replacement or refund.

6. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the second shipping attempt.

7. Once a package is marked as 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier, LEXI STORES is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. For delivery-related claims, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
